Community Choices

Community Choices is a family cooperative supporting individuals with disabilities to live in the community, have jobs, and make new friends. Their mission is to partner with people with disabilities in their pursuit of independence, opportunity, and choice by offering quality, self-directed supports and services in order to assist in community living.
