Sticky Rice

The Phetchareune family has been serving authentic Thai cuisine for almost a decade at their restaurant in Charleston, IL., and are excited to bring it to Champaign with a twist of Lao influence. Their family farm, Green G Farm, provides many of the fresh ingredients for Sticky Rice and is located on nine acres of land in Villa Grove. Try their namesake Sticky Rice, a glutinous rice with a chewy texture and slightly sweet aroma, as a complement or side to your favorite dish.
