Promise Healthcare wants to help area children be ready to head back to school in the fall. We are hosting a clinic for School Physicals, Well-Child Exams and Sports Physicals on July 10 from 3-8 pm at our Frances Nelson Clinic located at 819 Bloomington Road in Champaign. We prefer appointments but walk-ins are always welcome.

We take most insurance, Medicare and Medicaid and offer a sliding fee scale for qualifying patients. We treat anyone regardless of their ability to pay.
